There are multiple lifts to access the second floor where the conference is being held.
There are large accessible toilets on the same floor as the conference.
Personal evacuation plans
We liaise with our venue to carry out risk assessments and ensure personal evacuation plans are in place when we know in advance that anyone with a disability/mobility issues will be attending an event.
All venue staff participate in regular disability awareness training and are trained first aiders with current certification.
